Tianhua Excel-Way Special Fiber (Xintai) Co., Ltd., Ltd. is subordinate to China Tianhua Group Ltd, which is a Sino-foreign joint venture with registered capital of $14,400,000.
Our co***ny is located in the High and New-Tech Development Zone, Xintai City, Shandong Province, which covers an area of 648 acres. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of finished products of PAN-based carbon fiber precursor, carbon fiber, pre-oxidized fiber, other special fiber and carbon fiber.
In 2009, under the approval of Shandong Development and Reform Commission, our co***ny¡¯s high-tech industrialization project of new carbon fiber material was launched in Xintai, Shandong. The total investment of this project is RMB 500,000,000. The annual output of the four production lines include: 12,000 tons of precursor, 9600 tons of pre-oxidized fiber and 4800 tons of carbon fiber. This project has been listed as the Key Construction Project of Shandong 12th Five-Year Plan. Currently, the large-tow carbon fiber production line of our co***ny which is under construction is the largest domestic carbon fiber industrialization project.
The excellent characteristics and functions of carbon fiber such as high strength, high modulus, low specific gravity, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance make it available for the development of high-tech products from various fields such as aviation, ***ceflight, weapons, special machinery, construction reinforcement, oil field development in deep sea, wind power generation, pressure vessel, sports equipment and leisure equipment. They also provided physical foundations for the update and replacement of many traditional industrial products. Therefore, the carbon fiber is of great market potential.
